4 ounces (1 cup) cubed or shredded American or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green onions
2 tablespoons chopped onions
2 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers
2 tablespoons pickle relish, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (6-ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
6 sandwich buns , split
1. Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sandwich buns; mix well. Fill buns with mixture.* Wrap each in foil. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
