6 ounces (3 cups) uncooked bow tie pasta (farfelle)
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 pound shelled uncooked deveined medium or large shrimp
1/2 cup green onions pieces (1/2 inch)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced kalamata or ripe olives
1. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add shrimp, onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
3. Add pasta to skillet with all remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
