1 large bunch collard, mustard or turnip greens or 1 pound frozen greens
2 fresh center-cut pork chops, trimmed of fat and chopped
1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and hot sauce (to taste)
Method
1. Rinse greens well in water. Cut or tear into small pieces.
2. Place greens and pork in a 2-qt saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook about 5 minutes.
