Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

24 ounces tomatoes puree
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Let simmer 40 to 50 minutes, allowing flavors to blend.
