3/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic Minced
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon (dash) salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
