1/2 cup white wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced
dash salt (optional)
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a jar and cover. Shake vigorously and refrigerate until ready to use.
