1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/4 cups tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and saute the onion until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Discard the bay leaf and transfer the sauce to a container.
