Try this dressing with fresh grilled salmon or swordfish
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons grated onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon dried dill or 2 tsp chopped
Fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Fresh ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour into a container, cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
