Ingredients

1 (.3-ounce) box sugar-free gelatin
1/2 cup sliced fresh mixed fruit
2 tablespoons whipped topping
dash nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

1. Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Remove 1/2 cup for this dessert.

2. Alternate layers of fruit and gelatin in parfait glass.

3. Garnish with whipped topping and dash of nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
