Grilled Lobster Tails

Serves: 4

Serving size: 3 oz


   2 tablespoons butter
   1/4 cup white wine
   1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning or your favorite seasoning
   2 (6-ounce) lobster tails (or 12 oz. frozen shelled lobster meat)


Method

1. Melt butter and combine with wine (much of the alcohol will evaporate, leaving only the flavor) and seasoning.

2. Cut down the back of the lobster tails and gently spread apart. Baste with sauce. Place on a hot grill and continue to baste frequently. Cook for 8 minutes. Baste and turn. Cook for 5 more minutes or until done.
