1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in large skillet. Stir in onion, celery, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes or until celery is almost tender. Add remaining 4 tablespoons margarine stir until melted.
3. Gently stir in cooked rice, GRAINFIELD'S Brown Rice, sage, basil leaves, pepper, and water.
Cover and cook over very low heat about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
