1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups torn mixed salad greens
1 can (16 oz) black beans, rinsed, drained
1 (10-ounce) can frozen corn, thawed, drained
1/2 cup julienne-cut red bell peppers
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1. Mix dressing and black pepper.
2. Arrange greens on serving plate. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing mixture.
