1. If using fresh sweet potatoes, drop in boiling water to cover. Cook covered approximately 25 minutes. Peel. For canned potatoes, open can and rinse potatoes.
2. Cut potatoes lengthwise, then in 1-inch slices. Arrange in 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish. Spoon orange fruit spread over potatoes.
3. Microwave: Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on medium/high for 3 minutes or until sauce is melted. Stir. Serve.
Conventional: Cover with foil. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is melted. Stir. Serve.
