1 pound small shrimp, peeled
1/4 pound snow peas
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup chicken broth
Combine all ingredients in cooker. Lock lid and bring to full pressure. Adjust heat to maintain pressure and cook for 3 minutes. Quick-release pressure. If thicker sauce is desired, return cooker to low heat and cook, stirring constantly until desired thickness is reaches. Serve over hot rice.
