_ Cornish hens
_ tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
_ onions, chopped
_ cloves garlic, chopped
_ bay leaves
_ stalks celery, chopped
_ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
_-1/2 cups water
Heat oil in cooker. Add hens and brown evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over hens. Lock lid and bring to full pressure. Adjust heat to maintain pressure and cook for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and naturally release pressure. Brown hens under a broiler, as desired.
