Serves: 4 Print this Recipe1 chicken, cut into 4 pieces 2 inch piece of ginger root, grated 2 tablespoons garlic, minced 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup dry sherry 1 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 green onions, including green top, sliced 1 lemon, thinly sliced Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software. Watch and see how easy it is! Rub chicken with ginger and garlic, pressing it into chicken with the back of a spoon. In cooker, pour soy sauce, sherry, and water. Place trivet in cooker and set chicken on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion and lemon slices over chicken. Lock lid and bring to full pressure. Reduce heat, maintaining pressure, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove cooker from heat. Naturally release pressure. Remove chicken to a serving dish. Discard onion and lemon slices. Serve hot with rice.
