3 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 2-inch cubes
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup white wine or white grape juice or chicken broth
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, minced
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 small bunch basil, chopped
1 6-ounce can tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add chicken and brown for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Lock lid and bring to full pressure. Adjust heat to maintain pressure and cook for 12 minutes. Release pressure and serve over pasta.
