1 (1-pound 3.5-oz) package fudge brownie mix
2 tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
4 ounces (3/4 cup) mocha candy beans
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine brownie mix, espresso powder, oil, water and eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread batter in greased pan. Sprinkle evenly with mocha candy beans.
2. Bake at 350°F. for 28 to 30 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
