Add a side of redskin potatoes and a tossed salad for a fresh summery meal.
2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons pickling salt
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup water
Combine ingredients together; add 1/4 cup water and mix well. Divide and shape into 4 loaves; wrap individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove plastic wrap; arrange loaves on a broiler pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
