Dip in warmed pizza sauce...scrumptious!
1 (25-ounce) bag frozen ravioli
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
Prepare ravioli according to package directions; drain. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together in a pie pan; set aside. Whisk egg and milk together; set aside. Dip ravioli in egg mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture. Sauté in a skillet until golden, adding one tablespoon olive oil if necessary; drain.
