Serve over a bed of white rice.
1 (8-ounce) jar Russian salad dressing
1 (12-ounce) jar apricot preserves
1 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine salad dressing and preserves together; set aside. Arrange chicken in a slow cooker; pour dressing mixture on top. Heat on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
