There's no other liquid necessary for this make-ahead dish.
3 to 4 pounds beef chuck roast (pot roast)
3 cubes beef bouillon, crushed
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Seasoned salt and pepper to taste
Place roast into slow cooker that has been coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Add bouillon cubes and seasonings. Turn slow cooker on low; heat for 24 hours.
