	Pecan Chicken

Garnish with a pecan half, if desired.

   4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
   2 tablespoons honey
   2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
   2 tablespoons ground pecans

Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness using a rolling pin. Set aside. Mix honey and mustard together; spread over chicken. Coat chicken with pecans; arrange in a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
