Combine rolls together and roll into a 13 x 17-inch rectangle. Place on a sprayed jelly roll pan. Spread with pie filling. Spread creamed mixture over pie filling. Mix sugar and cinnamon topping, sprinkle over creamed mixture. Bake at 350°F 30 minutes or until firm. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
CREAMED MIXTURE - Microwave Method:
Microwave whipping cream three minutes on high. Stir in flour, beaten eggs and sugar. Microwave another three minutes.
CREAMED MIXTURE - Stove Top Method:
Mix flour, sugar, and whipping cream. Heat to scalding, gradually add beaten eggs and cook until thick.
