3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning, seasoning
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
Few drop hot pepper sauce
1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Brush over poultry frequently during baking or grilling. If desired, bring any remaining sauce to a boil; serve with poultry.
