Southern Barbecue Basting Sauce

Ingredients

3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning, seasoning
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
few drop hot pepper sauce

Directions:

1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients mix well. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Brush over poultry frequently during baking or grilling. If desired, bring any remaining sauce to a boil serve with poultry.
