Slow-Cooked Turkey Dinner |

Prep Time: 15 minutes (ready in 7 hours 45 minutes) - Yield: 4 servings
6 small red potatoes (about 2 1/2 inches in diameter), unpeeled, quartered
2 cups sliced carrots
1 1/2 pounds turkey thighs, skin removed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
1/3 cup chicken broth or water
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1. Place potatoes and carrots in 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker. Place turkey thighs over vegetables.
2. In medium bowl, blend all remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey. Cover; cook on high setting for 30 minutes.
3. Reduce setting to low; cook at least 7 hours or until turkey is fork-tender, juices run clear and vegetables are tender.
