Chicken or Turkey Gravy
Serves: 10

Prep Time: 15 minutes - Yield: 2 1/2 cups
2 cups hot milk *
1/4 cup poultry drippings
1/4 cup cold milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour *
Salt and pepper
1. In medium skillet or roasting pan, add hot milk to drippings. In small bowl, combine cold milk and flour; mix until smooth.
2. Add flour mixture to hot liquid in skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
TIP: * For thinner gravy, increase milk. To thicken, add flour dissolved in cold water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
