1/2 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 teaspoon curry powder
1. In small saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cook over medium heat until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.
2. Brush over poultry frequently during baking or grilling. If desired, heat any remaining sauce to a boil; serve with poultry.

Variations
Honey-Lemon Glaze: Substitute 1/4 cup honey for the preserves and 1 tablespoon lemon juice for the curry powder.
Honey-Pineapple Glaze: Substitute 1/4 cup pineapple syrup or juice and 1/4 cup honey for the preserves and 1/2 teaspoon mace or nutmeg for the curry powder.
Soy-Butter Glaze: Substitute 1/3 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup light or dark corn syrup for the preserves and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder for the curry powder.
