Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed, and onion powder. Spread this mixture over the top of the already-baked pizza crust below. Top with onions, carrots, peppers, radishes, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and pineapple. Serve cold. This makes a sumptuous summer-time or anytime meal!
Time-Saving Variation: Use pre-cut, fresh, stir-fry vegetables and prepare the pizza crust in advance. You may also try Boboli Pizza Crust (1/8 shell = 3 fat grams and 160 calories) or slice fresh French bread lengthwise and top with toppings of your choice such as lowfat ham, pineapple, and mushroom. These crusts make delicious "A-" Choices. (Canned, lowfat spaghetti sauce makes excellent pizza sauce.)
