	Cook chicken without skin in microwave until tender, about 4 to 6 minutes on high, covered with wax paper.   Cut into pieces.  Steam broccoli in a small amount of water until crispy-tender.  Mix soup, mayonnaise, ricotta cheese, lemon, and curry in saucepan and warm over medium heat.  In a frying pan pour melted butter, salt, and pepper over crumbs.  Cook until crunchy.  Layer broccoli on the bottom of a nonstick cooking-sprayed casserole dish then add chicken and soup mix.  
	Top with bread crumbs.  (One half cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese is excellent sprinkled over the top of the crumbs.)  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
