	  Combine rolled oats, wheat germ, almonds, and coconut in a large bowl.  Mix brown sugar, oil, water, apple-juice concentrate, and vanilla together.  Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.  Spread onto a large sheetcake pan.  Bake in oven for about 30 to 60 minutes at 300 degrees.  Granola should be a nice golden brown when done.  Store in an airtight container.
