               In microwave or two separate saucepans warm refried beans and salsa separately.  Place chips on a dinner plate or a heavy paper plate.  Top with beans, salsa, cheese, and all other ingredients.
	 Serve with fruit and water for a kid-pleasing Water, Veggie, Grain, Protein, and Fruit complete meal!
	 *These 32 percent-fat "B" Choice nachos are a much healthier choice than your average "D" Choice--50 to 80 percent-fat nachos.  They fit nicely into a day that has an overall fat percentage of less than 20 percent.
	**Ask your grocer if he already stocks, or can order in baked tortilla chips.  Guiltless Gourmet and Tostitos are excellent brands.
              My family prefers the Cool Ranch-flavored Baked Tostitos.
