Drain canned fruit well, reserving the juice.   In large bowl dissolve gelatin in cold water.   Pour boiling water over gelatin mixture.  Stir until completely dissolved. Allow to sit for 2 or 3 minutes.   Add fruit juices and juice concentrate.  Refrigerate until half set.  Add pineapple and oranges.  Mix well.  Refrigerate until firm.  
        
	Special Note:  Fruit makes a fun, refreshing dessert any time of the day.  It's clean, delicious taste comes in so many varieties and can serve as a beautiful enhancement to any meal.  And remember to always eat fruit with a meal or for dessert-never on an empty stomach.  Fruit is high in natural sugar and is the least complex of the complex carbohydrates. It may therefore encourage direct rises in blood-sugar levels when introduced on an empty stomach. Insulin (the "fat-hormone") is then released by your pancreas to drive the high-sugar food into your fat cells. By combining fruit with more complex foods such as grains and veggies, the sugar combines with the fiber.  This may keep blood-sugar and energy levels stable.  The result may be a significant increase in energy and an accelerated loss of excess body fat.
