Merry Christmas! Here is a fast, yummy recipe for your holiday cooking. There are virtually no fat grams, but it is moderately high in refined carbohydrates. Keep eating plenty of good food and be very moderate with desserts, especially if you are highly resistant to fat loss.
Mix together cake mix, 2 cups flour, yeast, and water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in about 3 additional cups of flour. (Keep the dough quite soft and moist.) Let rise 5 minutes. Roll out and moisten dough with a little water. Sprinkle with instant pudding and sugar. Roll up and cut into 36 sweet rolls. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Make a fun glaze by using a little powdered sugar and frozen-juice concentrate. Mix to desired consistency.

Lemon cake mix-use instant lemon pudding and 1/3 cup sugar.
Banana cake mix-use instant banana pudding and ¼ cup sugar.
