	Mash cranberries, apples, and oranges together in the same bowl.  (Blend coarsely in the blender if you prefer a finer-textured relish.)  Add melted honey to taste and blend well.  Let stand in fridge for at least 1 hour.  Delicious with turkey for Thanksgiving.          
	
	*If you are diabetic or highly resistant to fat loss, replace honey with 1/3 cup apple-juice or orange-juice frozen concentrate.
