Idea #1 = "B+":  Purchase microwavable light, butter-flavor popcorn and enjoy.  Each brand of popcorn will have a different number of fat grams.  Check the label and choose brands with fewer fat grams.             
	Idea #2 = "B":   Air pop your popcorn and drizzle a small amount of melted butter over it.  (One teaspoon, added to each cup, will add about 3 1/2 fat grams per cup.  Be careful because it's very easy to eat ten cups and 30 fat grams!)         
	Idea #3 = "A":  Air pop your popcorn.  Then spray it very lightly with a fine mist of water from a spray bottle. Sprinkle with Molly McButter, Butter Buds, or butter-flavored salt.  (The butter-flavored sprinkles will adhere to the popcorn rather than falling to the bottom of the bowl.) Delicious!
