Combine dry ingredients.  In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.  Mix together until moist.  Mix raisins into batter last.  Spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Fill about 2/3 full.  Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes.          
	*Diabetics may choose to delete the honey and use "unsweetened" applesauce and 1/2 cup apple-juice concentrate and choose fruit-juice-sweetened, nonfat vanilla yogurt = "A" Choice.
