           Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.  Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat.  Add a small amount of water to the meat--about 1/3 to 1/2 cup. This will help the seasonings dissolve. Let simmer about 5 minutes.  Remove from heat.  Crumble a handful of corn chips on a plate.  Add about 1/4 cup meat. Then follow with kidney beans, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. Top salad with taco dressing.
