1 pound cod filets, halibut or red snapper
1 tablespoon flaked coconut, if desired
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish on rack in broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients; spread evenly over fish. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
