This is good not only with blintzes but also with Vanilla Cheesecake (see index for recipe).
1. Wash berries and remove hulls and bad spots. Cut berries into bite-sized pieces.
2. Place in a bowl, crushing bottom layer slightly with a fork. Add sweetener and lemon juice and mix well.
3. Cover and Chill.
