Strawberry Jam |

Print this Recipe
1 envelope jello, sugar-free, strawberry-flavored (1.3 ounce size)
1 cup water, boiling
2 cups strawberries, sliced, fresh
2 orange zest, grated (zest from 2 oranges)
1 lemon zest, grated (zest from 1 lemon)
1. In a small heatproof bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved.
2. Stir in strawberries and grated orange and lemon zest.
3. Allow to cool, then pour into glass jar. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
