   1/2 cup cottage cheese, low-fat
   1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh


Also use this on baked potatoes.

1. Combine all ingredients in container of a blender or food processor; process on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.
2. Cover and chill thoroughly.
