1/2 banana, peeled
1 cup milk, skim or 3/4 cup skim milk and 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Put ˝ banana in freezer the night before you plan to serve the shake.
2. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth, and serve.
