1/2 cup blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened)
2 packets artificial sweetener (Equal)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup yogurt, low-fat*
1. Wash blueberries; mash them with sweetener.
2. Stir vanilla into yogurt; fold in berries
3. Chill in small container for several hours or overnight.
