1. Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain rinse with cold water to cool.
2. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta and all remaining salad ingredients toss gently.
3. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients blend well. Add to salad toss gently to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
