3 cups shredded carrots
1 cup raisins
3 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1. In medium bowl, combine carrots and raisins.
2. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over carrot mixture; toss until well blended. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
