Low-Fat Creamy Herb Dressing

Prep Time: 10 minutes - Yield: 1 1/2 cups
3/4 cup firmly packed fresh parsley
1/4 cup firmly packed fresh basil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1. In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine herbs; process until chopped.
2. Add all remaining ingredients; process until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
