4 cups (2 pounds) cubed peeled cooked potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup cooked radishes
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. In large bowl, combine potatoes, celery, radishes and onions; toss lightly.
2. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; blend well. Add to potato mixture; mix gently. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
