4 ounces (1 cup) crumbled blue cheese
3/4 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1. In small bowl, beat blue cheese at low speed. Gradually add 1/4 cup of the oil, beating until smooth.
2. Gradually add remaining oil, beating continuously. Add all remaining ingredients; beat until well blended. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
