1. In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, sour cream and margarine; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
2. Add chocolate and vanilla; blend at low speed until smooth. If necessary, add milk a teaspoon at a time until of desired spreading consistency. Store in refrigerator.
